The deal, in plain words.

1. What spotfight is

spotfight is a public board of products and profiles, run by Ajay Kumar Koduri. Each listing's rank is set by the amount paid for it and nothing else. Using the site or paying for a listing means you accept these terms and the Rules.

You must be 18 or older to pay for a listing. By paying, you confirm that you are.

2. Listings

• You may list a product website or an X @handle that you own or are allowed to promote.
• The listed product must show who is behind it: a real company or person name and a working way to contact them, on the site or profile itself.
• Listings must follow the Rules. No chat or invite links, no sexual content, no betting or real-money games, no tobacco or drugs, no loan apps, investment schemes or paid stock tips, no short links, and nothing illegal, deceptive or harmful such as scams, malware or phishing.
• Links are cleaned before they go live. Query strings are removed and short links are replaced by where they lead.
• Listings are checked by AI before payment, and AI may suggest the category and write the one-line description. A listing the check refuses cannot be paid for; one it is unsure about goes live and may be reviewed and removed. See how we use AI.
• Your listing is public. Clicks go straight to the address you submitted.
• We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these terms or the Rules, or that we are legally required to take down.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• A listing claims its rank only when its payment completes. Until then, and at any time after, someone else can pay more and move above it.
• Payments are final and not refundable. That includes a listing that drops in rank and a listing removed for breaking the rules.
• If you are charged twice for the same order, charged without your listing going live, or we remove a listing that broke no rule, we refund that payment. The Refund Policy explains how.
• Raising your own listing only charges the difference. That amount belongs to that listing and cannot be moved to another one.

4. No promises about results

We show your listing at the rank it paid for. We do not promise any number of visitors, clicks or sales, and the site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your name, link and brand. By listing, you let us display them on spotfight, and in screenshots or posts that show the board. You are responsible for having the right to use everything you submit.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
